We offer complimentary car seat/s for children ages 0-12. To further accommodate our clients, we have female drivers that are very suitable for the transportation of little kids, bachelorette parties, or anyone who prefers to be driven by a lady. Our fleet consists of new luxury SUVs and limousines, including but not limited to Mercedes, Lincoln, Cadillac, etc. All of our chauffeurs have gone through extensive training in customer service, geographical knowledge of the city and the suburbs and they must have a perfectly clean driving record. We are a family owned company< striving to provide a personalized service at an unbeatable price.

Our main office is located a few minutes away from O`hare international airport and we always have available cars that can get to the airport and pick up passengers in less than 10 minutes. We also do out of state or long distance trips as our motto is " O`hare or anywhere , we will take you there.

• Cancellations: A minimum of two hours before the pick up is required to avoid a cancellation charge. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged.
  
  
• Gratuity: will automatically be billed with the fare (20%).
  
  
• Airports: Flights are updated periodically by our office staff.
  
  
• Additional Stops One – way Trips: Stop in the same town Private Car Rate + $10.00.
  
  
• In Line Stops in a different town Private Car Rate + $20.00.
  
  
• Shared Rides: We don't have share ride services; We are only private services limousine company.
  
  
• STC: We will charge 5% STC (Service Transportation Charge) for all reservations.
  
  
• Charters: All charters require 30 % down, to void full charges; you must cancel before the dead line.
  
  
  • Three days on sedan.
  • One week on stretch limousines and SUV stretch limousines.
  
  
• Car Seat: We offer car seat $10.00
  
  
• Airport Greets: Available upon request in the baggage claim for $30.00 + Private Car Rate.
  
  
• Long Distance / Out of State Trips: $2.50 per mile.
  
  
• Lost and Found: USA Executive Limousine is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. However, every attempt is made to return lost items.
  
  
• Private Car Waiting Time: There is a 15-minute grace period. After the grace period has elapsed, there is a charge of $15.00 for every 15 minutes.
  
  
• Cleaning: Detailing, shampoo and disinfecting (due to sickness interior) fee is $ 150.00. Any type damages or broken in passenger side of car is customers responsible.
  
  
• Premium Rates: A premium rate of $20.00 applies to the following;
  
  
  • Holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
